Job Description: The Lead Database Administrator will be responsible for leading a team of senior DBAs, ERP and Business Intelligence Administrators supporting and modernizing existing data platform and ecosystem. Support fellow various application services delivery towers for the implementation of database management systems. Provide leadership, innovation and strategic support for the application portfolio and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring quality coding across all database efforts related to our Enterprise Database implementations. In a Tower Lead capacity, the lead DBA will be the first escalation point for all tower activities including but not limited to Production escalation, representing tower in daily and weekly stand-up meetings, discuss projects and activities for the tower. As a Tower lead will adopt and oversee upgrades and implementation of database technologies and work with the business and IT stakeholders for backlog review and prioritization. Coordinate with business services and provide guidance during technical review discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Cross Functional team for support of tower activities including but not limited to establishing documentation standards, tower governance process etc. Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with respect to response and resolution of incidents and tickets. Remote work is permitted, with client site visits weekly.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and 120 months experience in the job offered or experience developing data management solutions and strategies for clients, and technologies and 48 months of experience with creating Enterprise class end to end Data Management systems in on-premises, cloud and hybrid based. 96 months of experience working with Oracle databases, Sql Server databases. 60 months of experience leading a DBA team supporting various RDBMS platforms both on-premises and cloud based (preferably Microsoft Azure). 24 months of experience working with and leading a team in ERP Solutions such as PeopleSoft HCM and FIN, including but not limited to supporting PUM updates, PeopleTools Updates and Tax Updates. 24 months of experience migrating on-premises databases to the cloud using native tools and tools available on Microsoft Azure Cloud preferred. Certification in database technology required.

Job Description: The Lead/ Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing new and supporting and modernizing existing Salesforce based applications. Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, the technical standards, specifications, and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem. They will take Technical ownership of projects and managing resources, support fellow Salesforce developer in a lead capacity and support tower governance and operations. Identify and properly document bugs, defects, and issues for resolution. Comply with change management policies to ensure data integrity and system stability. Work with agencies and product managers to drive strategic value through custom applications built on Salesforce, as well as our internal applications. Remote work permitted three days per week as long as within commuting distance to office and/or local client work site.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and 96 months experience in the job offered or IT experience developing and customizing applications using Salesforce platform, and 24 months of experience leading a Salesforce development team, 24 months of development experience in Object-Oriented programming language like Java or C#, 24 months experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Restful, SOAP services, 60 months experience with Apex triggers, Azure DevOps, Custom lightning App Development, Digital Experience (Community portal design) Lightning app configuration, 48 months experience with Salesforce Community Portal, design lightning flows, Apex triggers, 24 months experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Boomi, Data Pipeline, and the Gov Cloud data model.
